Availability
Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm (Summer hours will be earlier and available starting June)
Selective Saturdays 8am-4pm or 12pm-4pm, please book accordingly.
Bookings open 1 week in advance. Appointments within the same week/day please text customer support at (312) 869-4841.
South Side Chicago Location. Exact address will be sent following appointment booking. Client must confirm via text 12hrs before appointment (312) 869-4841. If you fail to confirm your appointment is subject to be double booked or cancelled. If you are in a rush please schedule a service a day prior to any event or other appointments, I do not do rush jobs.
Deposits
A 20% Deposit is required and non-refundable, it will be credited to your final balance. You may use deposit to one re-scheduled service only.
Consultations
If booking a natural hair color service a consultation is required prior to service
Safety and hair integrity are our top priorities. During your consultation:

Hair History: You must disclose all previous chemical treatments (box dye, bleach, relaxers, or henna) from the last 2 years.

Strand Test: A strand test may be required to determine how your hair reacts to lightener or dye. Results may take 30-45mins to process.

Preparation: Please arrive with your hair in its natural state, free of heavy products, braids, or extensions, so we can accurately assess your curl pattern and porosity.
If booking a custom wig service
Custom units are a significant investment. To ensure a perfect fit:

Measurements: We will take professional head measurements during the consultation. We are not responsible for ill-fitting wigs if the client provides their own measurements via email/text.

Design Specs: We will finalize the lace type, length, density, and color. Once the "Design Order Form" is signed, no changes can be made.

Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any construction begins.
Extension Services
Any extensions requiring customization and/or color services must be dropped off at least 3-5 days prior to booking date due to customization. Please book date as in the date you would like to pick up hair or have service done.Same services will be charged additional $75.
Guests in Suite Policy
For safety reasons, our studio contains professional tools and equipment, therefore, no children or additional guests allowed if not being serviced.
Late Policy

15 Mins Late: A $25 late fee will be added to your total.

25 Mins Late: Appointment is automatically cancelled.
Cancellations/No Call-No Show
Communication is KEY!! If you cannot make your appointment please communicate with me. In the event you book and commit a no call/no show, you will be charged 50% of total service. Appointments must be canceled no later than 24hrs before appointment. Same day cancellation will result in $25 fee.
Please understand that your time slot only guarantees you a spot, the length of service is an approximate time. Once you have booked the appointment, you agree to these terms.
Disrespect of ANY KIND to myself or team is a non-negotiable, will not be tolerated and will result in service being discontinued immediately and future bookings will be blocked immediately.
